there are two former baseball player that played under coach walker. The two are Holt and Whitlock and one of those guys i hope get the job, if walker is really leaving.

nobody considering Parker, the middle school coach. Does a pretty good job, no chance?

Parker is a good guy, I didn't know if he was still there. But I believe that it will come down between Whitlock and Holt.

Whoever gets the job, the program will be in great hands and the parents,boosters,and administration will have no problems with either Holt or Whitlock.They are both outstanding young men and live for baseball, just ask their wives. The team will be ready for every game and taught on how to play baseball as well as setting examples for the younger kids in elementary programs. It would be an honor if my child could be coached by those two. Good Luck to whoever gets it.

I thought I saw earlier that this job was pretty much already given to someone before the old coach left. What happened to that? But I agree whoever the coach is they shouldn't have any problems. Talent seems to be in place. Just find a coach that can keep it there.

I don't know this but Phil King, may apply. He is now coaching at franklin Co., I think, but at one time he was at Coffee Co. and turned there program around. Which there not much turning the Pioneer program around they are already built.

I've heard Barry Messier from Riverdale is going to apply.

what kind of experience does Barry Messier have.

Messier been assistant at Riverdale for three or four years now, speciality is infield play. I don't think experience will be a factor in dtermining who gets hired though.
