thought i would bring an old thread back to life, wanted everybody else's opinion on how oakland will do

word around oaktown is that they are close to hiring a new qb coach, but its my understanding that he wont be a member of the faculty at ohs but was a good qb in his day at brentwood academy and later at mtsu. more news later...............

more coaching news coming from oaktown is thatcoach ferg has hired sgt.(yes sergeant) adderly to take over burke's duties at linebacker coach, this should prove to be interesting considering that adderly is an former army ranger, more news later

also. i forgot to mention earlier that oakland has promoted from within and hired freshmen coach blake finney to take over as the o-line coach. more news later................

What about Coach Glover? I heard he was moved to the freshmen? He needs to stay on varsity!!

well they did promote coach finney up to varsity so its a possibility, but i think that would happen, or at least my sources havent told me anything of that nature, not yet at least
