Tyler Smith to Oak Hill?

In doing their recaps of the TOC, Prepstars listed Tyler Smith as being in the class of '05 from Mouth of Wilson VA, Oak Hill Academy. Is this a move, or a mistake by the writer?

it was reported earlier in the year that tyler was not going anywhere yet. he may go to oak hill for his senior year but not as a junior. that was the latest scoop back some few weeks ago but something may have changed by now.....

I talked to Tyler back during b-ball season and he said he wasn't going anywhere. And as of a few night ago that was still the word in Pulaski. I have had one person tell me that if he does transfer to there it would be after his junior season. I hope he doesn't so when he goes pro everybody will be able to say that's one of dem good ole tennessee boys. lol

05 simply means he could be going there his senior year. he has repeatedly said he will be in giles county his jr yr. and that he would consider going his sr. yr.

 

so 05 from oak hill is possible even if he goes to giles for 2003-04. remember he has 2 yrs of hs left. typically these sites go by rumors and hearsay(and message boards like these)

 

it would help his game. he has won a state championship on the aa level. giles county can only improve his game so far.

 

it would be a good move for him. i wish him luck in any decision he makes.
