WesVLT
Sweetwater's Dustin Latham graduates in 2005 in two seasons he has over 3000 yards and countless td's. He is a big strong back with enough speed to get him where he is going. Latham's that young? Wow, he will certainly have an impact for the next couple years. Although Lipscomb shut the Wildcats down in the only game in which I saw him play, he still looked good.
ridgeway03
Marcus Smith of Ridgeway is one of the best RBs in the state and is one of the fastest
ump76
Mike jones out of Monterey, hands down, two years ago I was at a game. He ran the ball 8 times for about 250 yards, 7 touchdowns and was forced out of bounds once. The kid was never tackled the whole game, I realize that was 8th grade competition but that is still amazing.

BigDawg55
Marcus Williams for Ooltewah is the best RB in the class of 2005. He is 5'9 195 and averaged 9.1 ypc last season. This went along with State Player of the Week Honors after gaining 275+ yards for 5 TD's including an interception return. As a LIMITED BACKUP and sophomore for the Owl's offense, Williams accumulated near 1000 yrds on less than 100 carries. Williams' dedication to the Ooltewah program has been as great as any other player wearing the Red and Gray and he has worked in the weight room and at practice to obtain everything that he has accomplished. Recently, Williams posted outstanding numbers in the weight room, benching 300, power cleaning 225, and squatting 500 with ease. He will be a force to be reckoned with for all opposing teams and will dominate the 5A Class.
