Baylor and Boyd are two tough teams and it should be a fun game to watch. What are some predictions for the game? Who do you think has the edge in this one?

Don't know much about Baylor but you can bet Boyd will give it their best shot. That's one thing you can say for them. I think it will be close with a slight edge going to Baylor.

i agree with yall that Baylor should win this game. Boyd is a good team and will always give it their best try, but i cant see them stopping Baylor runningback Courtney Braswell. He is a high-calibur back and is a real game breaker.

Baylor is 3a div2 and Boyd is 1a div1...sounds like a mismatch to me. Still, Boyd does tend to manage to knock off much larger teams(E.Ridge 4a, Rhea County 4a etc)...I think it will be a great match up-and it really shouldn't. Any 3a div2 team should stomp the snot outta a 1a div1.

Although I know it was a scrimmage, Boyd stayed with (and some might say whipped) McCallie. Also, Boyd's problem against most D2 AAA teams would be depth; that is also Baylor's problem. Boyd is as deep as Baylor. Baylor has several injuries which will require younger kids to play.
