My pick is Oneida by 13. Taft does have speed and weapons, but I think Oneida's tradition and discipline will pull them through this one.

I never have understood Taft. They have the armes guards at all the games. Is Taft ever any good with all the kids they have that are in trouble? Anyway Oneida should roll the way I see it. OHS-32 Taft-20

Oneida.....you scheduled the wrong team for Homecoming this year. The kids from Taft can play..... As I stated early in the season, Taft plays an independent schedule not associated with any region. I can guarantee if they were in a region they would contend for some hardware at the BlueCross Bowl. You can book this one.

I get inferior competition from all of theses lop-sided scores, which will happen again this Friday night. Sorry Oneida, with all due respect, you will be outmatched.

As bad as I hate to say it, Taft I think will come out on top of this game. If Taft beat Subright sixty something to nothing and Oneida only beat sunbright by 8 then I fear that the contest will be outmatched like someone earlier said. However, I can say that Oneida does have tradition and pride. If they win this one, pride and tradition will be the factor that contributed in the win. I have seen Taft play and they are not to bad. I guess Oneida will have to schedule someone else for their homecoming next year. Good Luck Indians

Remember, when Sunbright played Taft the QB was hurt and their backup QB had been hurt the week before against Wartburg. The Tigers were reeling and the player they put in there did his best, but was lucky to get the snap. Having said that I think the Taft team will be a very stout test for the Indians and the game could be decided on a turnover either way. Good luck to the Scott County team.
