You have the pro football and basketball teams. Like the Titans or something.

unfortunately, professional cheerleading is more dance than cheerleading or gymnastics. most of them are professional fitness trainers or dance students or teachers. i don't cheer in college, but i do coach some youth squads for youth league games, so i still get to flex my cheer muscle :D

There isn't really anywhere to go after college to actually cheer. I would never want to be a cheerleader for a pro football or basketball team. Although I am sure it is hard work...it just isn't the type of cheerleading I like. I would rather be tumbling and stunting, than dancing. On the other hand, there is always coaching, which is what I want to do. I want to open up my own allstar cheerleading gym. My coach is the president over United Cheerleading Inc. and he is doing something he enjoys and is getting really good money doing it.

    • Is coach egghead supposed to be Derek Rang?
    • There are some potentials internal to the school system. Due to timing of this, that may be the route they go. If so, I'd say a few names would be, Brandon Eden, Kyle Gregory, or BJ West. Eden and Gregory have only been assistants at the HS level but may express interest. West has not been on the HS staff but has been HC of the Middle school that last few years and word on the street has been that he is highly interested. There may be others as well.    Going outside of the school system, a few names come to mind: Rennard Woodmore, Adam Keeton, and Josh Hackett. But I have no idea if any would interest.
    • A lot of people wanted him.
    • Sure, we can talk about it if you want to. Do you want to talk about zoning for Oak Ridge over the past 10 years with some kids from west? Lol. I don’t think so. I see your point, especially for a private school that stinks at football, but I’m just saying that you said the running back who is arguably one of the best transfers from TKA that West got is Zoned for West, and that’s just incorrect.
