What About Mitchell Maynard? Here is a player who has started every game since he was a freshman. I watched grow up to be one of the top linebackers in West Tennessee. He led South Fulton in tackling every year including 3 years with 100+tackles and also led his team to 3 playoff appearances.

i think the best linebacker in the state went out in the 5th game when brent hayes got hurt. he is 6'2'' 250 pounds and runs a 4.7 40. he had 165 tackles as a sophmore and led the tri state area. he was second in the area before he got hurt this year. look for a big season from him next year.

i think that you have to finish the season to be able to be called the best linebacker in tennessee he might have been the best up to the 5th game but after that he was just hurt
