Coach Lewis or Mike--What do you think about Russell Matthews. I've seen him get better in the past two months. I figure that if he lasted almost a full period with Mike, that makes him the favorite in Region 8. John Grady is pretty under-rated and doesn't get too much attention, but he's done really well at Bradley and Father Ryan. Seems like he gave Simpson a run for his money. See you guys this weekend. By the way, I know y'all beat St. Paul. How do they stack up? Good light weights, heavy weights, well-rounded? Good luck.

I think Luke vomitting is mostly due to his weight loss program, this is not the first time he has divulged on the mat. Last year he threw up a couple times against Claney of Collierville at the Blackhorse tournament. I think he ended up throwing the match. This year at Father Ryan he spewed on the mat, but I don't remember who he was wrestling.

good observation coach l. concerning the 52 match. they were in each others grill from the opening whistle. by the way, you might think about using a little extra clorox on the gold ring after last night.

Weight loss is not the reason he spews. His freshman year he spewed sometimes at 152lbs when he only weighed 145 naturally.

I do agree with Coach Delgado on this one, more then likely it is just nerves, or something along those lines. The last thing that Luke wanted last night was for what happened. He is a heck of a warriror and talented wrestler.
