mat burn

I get mat burn on prolly 75% of my matches, i guess its just the way i wreslte, but its really annoying, and it hurts, so does anyone know of a good way to make it, go away faster? or hurt lesss?

Don't spend so much time on bottom. That will reduce the risk.

bah, i always get mat burn, im not complaining, im just asking for solutions btw, most of the time, i get mat burn when im pinning a guy, i post my head in the mat to stop from rolling, and i slide, and get mat burn on my head, MOST OF THE TIME the mat burn is self enduced, so i cant complain that i have it, just wanna know how to make it go away...
