Glencliff is dramatically better than either Riverdale or Oakland. Just because the 'boro teams are back playing in their own little world now did not miraculously improve them.

I think not. Glencliff is playing pretty well right now, and while they may not be a top 10 team as this grass lurker has them, they would beat Oakland. Jamont is just too much and its only a matter of time before he breaks out again and starts scoring 35 a game.

Its completely understandable to have Bradley Central higher than White Station, however, i have to admit that come state championship time White Station will by the last one standing even if they play Bradley Central in the Championship.

LaVergne should be top 5. They have beat Wilson Central and Hendersonville and they are 1st in 9-aaa! they also beat Oakland and Riverdale in pre-season but that doesnt really count but they should be top 5 Edited January 26, 2004 by Wushy101

Ridgeway is wayyyyyyy too low. You're talking about a team that has three legitimate Division 1 players on it. Pierre Niles even went to the Nike Camp as a sophomore and is one of the best players anywhere as a sophomore. They also barely lost to White Station the first time. I have no ties to Ridgeway, but they have done very well for themsevles in AA (two titles) and easily could have won state last year. They are definitely a top 20 team.

ON a side note, I'm not sure I wouldn't take Oakland over Glencliff in a game right now, though I too, have Glencliff ranked higher due to their body of work...

 

Glencliff has a recent loss to a mediocre team by 30+ points...

 

Oakland is a completely different team with Dixon and Boyd eligible, instantly becoming their two best players... Oakland is a dangerous, dangerous team that has a legit chance of making state this and next year... Oakland even without Dixon has a recent 20+ point win over 12 AAA Antioch...
