chill
Baddour was included on my list because he's putting up mad assists. I mean no one else is even close, and it was only honorable mantion..... I started to put Harris/AE on one of the top three teams, but it would be mainly on reputation this season and not production. He's been somewhat of a disappointment this season. I've seen him 3 times this year and he looks like he's going through the motions. Maybe, he's finally figured out his ticket is football. When I saw him this summer with the Thunder/AAU he was untouchable. He just doesn't seem like the same player. Kite and Bogus are both having strong seasons but there are a lot of kids to choose from.......
pointzone1
Logan Johnson for South Doyle deserves better than 3rd team. We've all seen this kid play and well...he can PLAY! Good decision giving Clement- Jefferson County- a 1st team spot...he's having a great season.

fultonguy05
Wow, other than chill's list, most of you guys are just picking a few obvious choices and then mess it up with players that play on teams you root for. I mean, come on, the best team record-wise in the Knoxville area is Catholic (17-1?), and they get absolutely no respect from anyone. I enjoyed your list chill, and even though my name on here may make me look a little biased, Baddour from Webb does not deserve the honorable mention. He really plays no role for Webb. Bustamante or J.T. Blair are both better picks for Webb. As for my teams, here they go. 1st Team Daniel Singleton Jeremy Holliday Greg Gibson Brett Connor Parker Clement 2nd Team Tony Fox Tyler Gaskin Jay Hunter Albert Harris Jody Fersner aint that the pot calling the kettle black. fatjoe8
1st Team Daniel Singleton Jeremy Holliday Greg Gibson Brett Connor Parker Clement 2nd Team Tony Fox Tyler Gaskin Jay Hunter Albert Harris Jody Fersner ... Whoever posted this list is not all the way in the game if you will... Fersner is a no-brainer for 1st team in my opinion Its hard to put the leading scorer in the area on the 2nd team and Holliday on 1st team/??? Yeah right! Conner is 2nd team at best Remember Catholic is D2... And how does this person justify Gaskin on 2nd team and leave off Tipton, not only the best on his team, but maybe the best in the area and Clinton....i guess they don't count (sarcasm) And Jay Hunter is an atrocious addition to this team this is maybe the worst predictions i've ever seen
fatjoe8
I have seen a lot of ball this year and here are my five. Fersner- Karns Tipton- Maryville Johnson- South-Doyle Conner- Catholic Gibson- Farragut This is by far the closest to 1 good 1st team prediction i've seen yet although conner is probably a stretch for 1st team Clement might be a better selection at this position
melkor2114
That is a good team, nice rankings? Fatjoe, how was Africa? You missed a good one.
fatjoe8
a good game more like a good melt-down and not to make excuses b/c S-D's defense was awful But i particularly enjoyed the missed offensive goaltending / technical foul call when gibson grabbed the rim and then made the layup technical is questionable only if someone was underneath him which there was no one... so anyway, other than that a nice offensive show in the 1st half but Farragut played steady throughout what happened to them against SC?? Why was it so close? Edited February 2, 2004 by fatjoe8

fatjoe8
guys i respect your picks but how could you leave rusty chambers from Unaka and jerome odom from Science Hill off the list. if these two players are not on that team you don't need to pick one. we have a point guard at Cosby that pretty dang good so come on eagle fans lets get vocal. east tn. don't stop in knoxville um....is Science Hill anywhere NEAR Knoxville?? No so now be quiet and crawl back to the Tri-Cities KIL stands for ...Knoxville.... and that's all that matters now please think before any more posts that mention Science Hill okay bye bye now If this were a thread about the Tri-Cities, then okay...but ITS NOT PrepExtra is based out of knoxville...thank you and good night
