Ben Johnson seems to have beat the best. Whats up with the starting spot?

BEN BEAT ADAMSON ND AND KNOX WEBB, REED DOSTER HAS BEATEN KNOX CATHOLIC, SEEMS BAYLOR HAS THE #1 AND #2 105 POUNDERS IN THE STATE. DOES ANYONE KNOW OF ANYONE WHO WOULD BE RATED HIGHER?

No one questioned that. The question is who is better Johnson or Doster? Who will go to state?

I think Johnson is better than Doster but Doster has alot more weight on Johnson. Either way congradulations to both Baylor because they are both outstanding wrestlers.

Either way Johnson should have gone to McCallie like he was going to, instead of changing his mind at the last second and going to Baylor. Then he could have proved his championship in front of everyone. Oh well, I guess the practice room and wrestle-offs with Doster will have to do. If he can win those that is.

I know they are both great wrestlers but I want to know how you can hold johnson back from wrestling in state when he beat the #1 ranked(adamson) in his weight 10-2 and then doster goes into over time with hoa hong who adamson pinned 2 weeks before

I heard that Doster was sick for the ND match and that was the reason that he didn't wrestle Adamson. However, both wrestlers have had great seasons and best of luck to each one.

Reed Doster is starting because he won the challenge matches and no, Ben did not ever consider going to McCallie.

After the tremendous performance by young Johnson, I cant help but bring this issue to life!!!!!!!

JOHNSON AND DOSTER ARE BOTH GREAT WRESTLERS, BUT I AGREE THAT DOSTER HAS A WEIGHT ADVANTAGE OVER HIM, AND I ALSO THINK THAT IF BAYLOR LETS DOSTER WRESTLE AT STATE THEY ARE MAKEING A BIG MISTAKE. HE WILL BE WAY TO WEAK TO COMPETE AFTER NOT MAKEING WEIGHT LIKE THAT FOR SO LONG. ILL BE SURPRISED IF HE EVEN MAKES WEIGHT AT STATE, I THINK JOHNSON DEFENTLY NEEDS TO FINISH THE YEAR OFF. I VE BEEN IN DOSTERS SHOES AND I THINK THAT IF HE CUTS ALL THE WAY BACK DOWN TO 105 ADAMSOM WILL BEAT HIM. NOTHING AGIANST DOSTER HES A GREAT WRESTLER.
