best_of_the_west
james is a sesnior who will surely win it this year! It will definitely be a good match, but "surely" isn't the word. I'll try to get some D2 picks up in a couple of hours.

best_of_the_west
who are your picks for the state finals? I'll give it a go. These are my picks, if the weights are right. 103-Doster (Baylor) vs. Adamson (ND) 112-Dunning (FR) vs. Manson (Baylor) 119-Simpson (MBA) vs. Geismar (Baylor) 125-Hiller (FR) vs. Young (McCallie) 130-Cleveland (McCallie) vs. Manson (Baylor) 135-Leen (Baylor) vs. St. Charles (ND) 140-Blair (McCallie) vs. Hayduk (ND) 145-Manley (McCallie) vs. Doster (Baylor) 152-Marable (CBHS) vs. Scott (McCallie) 160-Velasco (CBHS) vs. Mayo (FR) 171-Stark (FR) vs. Vaughn (Baylor) 189-Marable (CBHS) vs. Walker (Baylor) 215-Saint (CBHS) vs. Wash (BA) 275-Forte (BA) vs. Hufstettler (Baylor) It will be very interesting to see where Coach Connell puts his middle weights. Bodylock2
BOW, where you gonna put Andrew Smith of McCallie? I think you forgot about him.
lowsingleman
well at 215 i would say that meredith of notre dame will be in the finals and the rest of you picks are pretty good.
cb56
Has Merideth wrestled Lomas/Wash this year already? What was final?
best_of_the_west
Who has Meredith beat? I didn't forget Smith, but if there were wrestle-offs, Smith would wind up at 160, and he wouldn't make it to the finals there. I just don't know where Coach Connell will wrestle him. I don't know if he can make 135. There was an allowance at duals. If he can, he'd take St. Charles' spot.
lowsingleman
im not sure. but he has only lost 1 match this season. I havent seen much of 215 this season though.
best_of_the_west
Well, that's where the problem is. I know he beat Bailey of Bradley at the Bradley tournament, but Saint has beat him too. Nobody Saint has wrestled has really come close to him. Wash won Father Ryan, so that puts him at the top. He beat Lomas in the finals by 5. Saint was injured at duals, and he still beat Lomas by 5. Meredith only beat Green of McCallie by 1. If you look at it that way, Saint and Wash are the favorites. However, Meredith does have a shot.
