khopkins
Lipscomb has 5. Brent McPherson-does everything well, Will Mantlo-clutch shooter from anywhere, Tyler Pennington-most physical player on the team and can shoot the 3 or cut to the basket, Cutler Robertson-quickest and most athletic player, and Antony Hopkins-defensive specialist. Tough shoes to fill, but Lipscomb normally just reloads.
catsbball1
I thought the post for DL (Mayes??) was a senior.
bogus
Nope sorry, (I thought we already discussed this). Mayes is a Jr. and with Brock coming next year, they will probably have the best post game in the district. It's going to be pretty tough next year. stjohnnies
mayes and brock will be a very tough post game to deal with next year, they are both good posters and run the floor well, but first we have to get finished with business in the district, region, and maybe further... right now the bomb squad (seniors plus everyone who can shoot a three, which is the rest of the guards) plus mayes is playing well. hopkins, mcpherson, mantlo, pennington, and robertson are some of the best senior leaders in the state there is no doubt in my mind. big test against Portland is the game thursday at Portland. catsbball1
yeah bogus we talked but we weren't ever sure. I just figured I would ask someone who knew...j/k... Some people might think that with DL losing all those seniors that they won't as much of a contender next year but they definitely will with their post game. They will go from a great outside game this year to a great inside game next year with Brock and Mayes; they should be one of the top teams next year.
