it was a great game by both teams. andy tipton is truly a clutch player. i think the two best teams in our region played last night. it really could have went either way. i just wish that we could have met in the championship tonight instead of the semis. but my hat is off to Farragut not to downplay there season they have also had a great year. i also thought big t stepped up when his time was called and made a great block then put the dagger in the heart of Maryville when he hit the layup to win it. but great season to Maryville and good luck next year.

I wish the Clinton fans would quit talking smack and just enjoy the great victory they had last night....So what that rebelman was on here saying that Maryville would win, his son plays for Maryville, who else would he be cheering for....come on.....Just remember eventually the Dragons will lose and then you will be sitting at home just like everyone else......So be ready to take the same criticism you are dishing out to everyone else.....

Would you please produce those posts where I said Maryville would win. I never said that. If you say that, you sure look foolish when you don't. Of course I wanted Maryville to win but, I would never trash Clinton because we have friends on there.

 

It was a great, hard fought, physical contest. It was one of those that no one deserves to lose, just like Oak Ridge. Unfortunately somebody has to.

 

I love Tevah and A.J. I spent the last two summers with them. They not only have good basketball skills, they also have good character. I am proud of the way they played and proud to call them my friend.

I don't know if you said that or not....i was just defending you by saying that if you did it is not that big of deal....because that is where your son plays......It is O.K. Mr. Tipton....it was a great game....i was just trying to prevent the Clinton fans from all there trash talking.....

C'mon shooter Clinton is just siked about the win it isnt trash talking. If Maryville pulled it out last night which they very well could have this post would be a dominantly Maryville post. But both teams played a good hard game. Ill be their to see Clinton playing in the finals and maybe the first Regional title in over 5 years for the Dragons

WITH 6'9,6'9,6,7! I DONT THINK I WOULD BE TALKING TRASH TO ANYONE.YOU SHOULD BE PLAYING FOR REGION TITLES!SO JUST PLAY FOR REGION TITLE AND WIN FOR Clinton AND DISTRICT 3AAA.

What?? With 6'9, 6'9 and 6'7 that's every reason to talk trash. If we play like we can, like a team and play with our heads...with that kind of size not many teams can match up to us.
