i say that Summertown will win a close one, they barely got there, and i dont see them going home...(the ppl who were in perry county for the district tourneys know what im talkin about... lets just say 2 words, Santa Fe!) ,, lol, i am glad Summertown has made it this far... i was going for them in the regions, and i will continue to go for them..... go eagles

I own my own business and work from home on Fridays - my day off. While I am working I enjoy one of my hobbies - CoachT. If you have seen most of my posts are late at night (when I get home) and on Fridays. The weather was bad today so I posted more than usual.

Also, I have never posted on Summertown before, but they are playing the other Region 5 team, FRA, who is a rival of CPA - my team. So I am interested in Summertown for a while. They are also one of the 16 who are left that we may play down the road. Satisfied?

FRA will beat Summertown. No team worth talking about has come out of that region since Kirk Haston graduated.

 

When I was a senior at Ezell, Summertown came in undefeated and ranked in the top five. They got beat by 30.

 

FRA is one of the best defensive teams around, not only do they control tempo, but they also play tough defense.

 

FRA 42-34. Summertown will struggle to get double digits in any quarter.

I guess RealGoEagles must have been under a rock last season when both district 12A teams beat both region 5A teams in sub-state. My prediction is that Summertown will pull this one out by a few points.
