I was at the game with several other people. Farragut controlled most of the game in the 1st half and it was fairly split in the second half . Christain Bros scored on a Pk ( They were given two ) and on a great shot from outside. Farragut had a goal called back for offsides on a corner figure that one out, both post were covered and it's offsides??? I think at that point it would have been 1-1 and there might have been a different outcome. This was real soccer and both teams were very good teams. I know memphis will raise a fuss about this statement but to us outsiders watching Farragut was the better team on the field but they didin't do what it takes to win and score so congrats to Christian Bros. Suggestion fgor the whole state, DON 't take either team lightly , these are the two best teams in the state right now, but things change, so a new Power might erupt or injuries could cause any team to fall. Oh yea , I heard Farragut had some injuries and didn't play some key players, 1 had abroken leg?? Anyone know about this or who they were??

Yeah, Phillip(phillie) Ramsey, tell the team scrawny Jon said props. Good that these teams played finally. You have to respect teams like CBHS and Farragut for being able to stay on top for so long. It is more difficult than most realize. Everytime you strap on your boots, you are somone else's biggest game of the year.

I can only assume at this point in time that CBHS is the stronger team. A lot will be decided when CBHS and McCallie face off in the Bearden tournament Friday April, 2nd at 8:00. It should be a great game with a lot being said as to how much of a power CBHS really is in DII. Could be interesting if McCallie comes out of there with a win off of the defending state champs at a neutral site.
