West: CBHS- #1 seed MUS - #2 seed ECS - #3 seed Middle: Probably Father Ryan- #1 seed Probably MBA - #2 seed Probably BGA - #3 seed East: McCallie vs. Knox Catholic on Thursday for 1st and 2nd seeds. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For the State Tournament that would mean: CBHS vs. MBA No.1 East vs. BGA other bracket Father Ryan vs. ECS No.2 East vs. MUS Just trying to get it sorted it out.

The way I figure it 6 teams have already punched their tickets for the state tournament next week in memphis. Correct me if I am wrong but i believe them to be as follows: Knox Catholic and McCallie from the East BGA and Father Ryan from the Middle CBHS and MUS from the West I am not sure of the situation with the 3rd seed from the middle and west regions. If someone could inform everyone about that that would be great. My hunch would be MBA and ECS however. What are your opinions on possible seedings, results, etc.? Should be a great tournament.

They might want to look out for Webb first. Webb has several quality wins this year, including Baylor. CAK should be playing as we speak. If anyone gets the results of that please let me know.

That's exactly right. It was played in Alabama and was therefore subject to the rules of that state or organization. If McCallie had beaten Grissom on PK's in a tournament in Tennessee it would be a tie.

What happened to Baylor in the DII rankings? They were ranked #19 in the nation preseason and have only lost one game to AAA power Bearden. How are they really looking this year?

Lion, first scrimmages don't mean anything and now regular season games don't either? After losing to not one, but two in-state teams (something you had prided yourself in not doing prior) you still come on here and act like you're the best, talking down to another team. I'd like to see Farragut/You prove it on the field. Keep making excuses and that's all you'll be able to do when you're knocked out come playoff time. You have a lot of teams ahead of you to this point and talk is cheap.

For some reason i was under the impression that they already have lost during the regular season to a tennessee team. Correct me if i am wrong. Farragut isn't nearly as strong as in years past. I wouldn't be surprised at all if a team knocked them off, particularly Bearden.

How would you say Webb compares to the other two division II east region teams you have faced (McCallie and Notre Dame)? Any obvious strengths or weaknesses for the three teams?
