What will it take to beat Walker Valley?

Everyone is saying that Walker Valley plays no tough teams. It seems true. Only a couple of the teams they play have an above 50% winning percentage.

8 really 9 teams (Bradley don't have all of their games listed) have 50% or above records. That is a few more than a couple. Thanks for the evidence to prove it.

And again Milan's schedule is not any tougher if you just go by the opposing team's win/loss percentage's. You don't have to worry about us East Tennessee teams. We are no threat to you powerhouses from the west. Ha! Ha! And one more thing, we didn't get beat by a team with a loosing record!

Kingstonkrazies, thanks for the reply, and that just the way baseball is one day you can do no wrong the next you can't buy a hit, of course the other teams pitcher usually has something to do with it also. Good luck the seasons not over yet, hope to see ya'll in Memphis.

Come on, give them the credit they deserve. Their schedule is more than adequate and any coach would be stupid to schedule every out of district game with a powerhouse a classification above them. Realistically, it is not even possible with scheduling conflicts and some of those AAA teams not wanting to play them to possibly look bad. Don't worry Walker Valley will soon be AAA and will probably handle the transition as well as they did a few years ago from A to AA. And no, I am not a fan of their school but have played and coached against them.

I wish Ripley could play them , maybe in the state tourney...hahaha. I hope so, cuz they are so OVERRATED it aint funny. Why don't Walker Valley come and play some GOOD quality teams in West TN, Like Ripley, Covington, Brighton(with Hunter Scott on the mound, only way Brighton can beat ne one good), USJ,. Most the teams in Middle Tn are mommy daddy league teams

    • Sounds like y'all got a lot of bodies to choose from. We lost 2 really good seniors and have 4 from Junior High that has moved up. That will give us 12 starting summer camps. As you know we all have to stay healthy. Proud Alexander and Micah are going to play together at Bethel. They were really fun to watch at the All Star game in Murfreesboro. They have real good chemistry together on the floor.
    • Baxter will do what they most always do.....at a minimum produce at least 9 Ws and run into at least the 2nd round.....Booger actually enjoyed seein them in the Gold Ball contest last season.... Booger just sayin
    • Catholic North will provide them both a decent contest Booger just sayin
    • Well personally I see us going 9-1 so that isn't doom and gloom to me , Most people are thinking 6-4. Bearden will be the possible loss but hoping not. I was very impressed with what I saw this spring.
    • the kid you are speaking about, played in JV games,  2H half Science Hill game, split time in Hardin Valley and Bearden and that was it.   The upcoming Senior RB was All Region as a Junior and is regarded by the media as one of the top running backs in East TN for 2024 season. Scouting services have him as a top 10 back in the state.  Something aint adding up with gloom and doom. Maybe he was hurt and not at spring practice when you watched?
