im on the halls track team and he lost yesterday i think he got either 2nd or 3rd but all that 4.5 B.S. is B.S and just to tell u he could not catch the ball at football practice.

OUr home meet is thursday the 15th and I will probly be runnin 400/200 cause I am just tired of the 100 I lost at the start at CC. I have a slow start and i'm just tired of it. But please come by all means.I got MVP baseball and nba ballers for playstation so I have finally found time for

If everyone on the football team had the same attitude as you I can see why the Football team went 5-5. In order to improve you must be realistic in your acessment of your ability.

I looked in the paper and did not see your name in either the 100, 200, 400, 800 - no where did I find anyone winner listed with the initals G.F. I know what happened - you were injured in practice on Wednesday and did not get to compete. If that is the case I hope your injury heals quickly because the KIL meet comes up shortly. If you simply did not win - consider yourself BASHED!!!!

50 in the 400!!! That is the funniest joke I have heard in a while

 

One of three things happened:

 

A. You are the athlete that won the 400 from Halls. In that case you ran a 55.9. No where close to a 50 in the 400.

 

B. You are slower than the winner.

 

C. You didn't race.

 

Either way, you run your mouth to much. Maybe that's why you had limited success in football. People who have a loud mouth typically get a target on their back. You don't strike my as someone who can walk the walk.

Are you sure you played football? I think your team went 4-6, NOT 5-5 as you say. Do you even go to Halls or do you just cut them.

Halls 100 have you ever heard your mouth has over loaded you hind end. Even if you were the winner you ran a 55. If not you are slower than 55. Or did you convieniately get hurt. Like pull a muscle in another race. You aren't even the fastest runner on a slow track team. Face it you are living in a dream world. How about the KIL on Tuesday I bet you don't qualify for the finals.

Today is the KIL. What event are you going to run a incrediable time in today. I will be looking for a sweep in the 100, 200, 400 for Halls. Or will you use a lame excuse like "I pulled my ham string". Do these represent sarcasm redbyrd?

It seems that our friend Hall100 has lost his bravado. I am never one to beat a dead horse. However when young people trash teams that they themselves were a part of, that burns my grits has MsGov would say. If you are reading this Halls100 let me drop some knowledge on you.

 

KIL (1st, 2nd, 3rd times)

100m- 11.03, 11.12, 11.13

200m- 22.67, 22.98, 23.1

400m- 49.32, 50.74, 51.27

 

Had you been able to run a 50 400m you would have at least finished third. Halls scored no points in the KIL. No Halls runner placed in any event. Do you even attend Halls? I am sure there is an excuse. Please, let's hear it.
