fairview beat sycamore tonight 1-0 great game and sycamore showed great class, i wish them luck in the rest of the season, thats a great group of guys

Thanks for the kind words. Yall are very classy as well. The game was a good one good defense for both sides, I just hated that the umpire guessed the ball was foul, cuz he couldnt see, but the ball was clearly fair. Oh well we lost and great job Fairview, hope to see u in regions.

Well I think he said he is only out for a week. He just has to go to the trainer for a week and then he will be back. HOPEFULLY

What other district games are this week? Harpeth plays Stewart on Wednesday and Cheatham on Friday.

Sycamore plays Creekwood today. Should be a good game.

Sycamore beat Creekwood tonight by a score of 5-4. It was a good game all around. Creekwood scored all 4 of there runs in the 2nd inning, but other that Sycamore shut them out. Sycamore's next district game is Monday at Waverly and then at Montgomery Central on Wed.

Creek Wood didnt really get shut down. They were hittin Doubler good then Sycamore brought Smiley in and Creek Wood had a hard time adjusting to his speed. Then they bring in another kid and in the top of the 7th Creek Woods #5 leads the inning off with a walk then they couldnt get a bunt down to move him over to 2nd. Then CWs catcher gets hit to make it man on 1st and 2nd then CWs 1s baseman grounds into a double play. But over all CW didnt really ever get shut down.

Well if u look at my post it says shut out not shut down. But ne ways a big upset has happen! Stewart and Harpeth played a double header and Stewart won one of those games. That is a big upset and that has changed the district standings.
