Who are the best defenders?

I would say that the best back line in the state is Pollock, Catanese, Hertzog, and Leatham from McCallie. If they all stay healthy and Trey Meyer stays healthy in goal they may not be scored on again this year.

yeah thats a big if. im tired of mccallie always talking themselves up. they are good dont get me wrong but not unbeatable like they try and make others think.

I'm sure people think I'm crazy, but there is little doubt that David Grigsby of Oneida is one of the best defensive players in the state. I assure you there is no defender that has been more solid for their team this year. Only one team has been able to put up more than one goal against the Indians this year and that was an 8-2-1 Knox Webb. They have played a tougher slate than people give them credit for and this kid is the real deal!

Tullahoma has a very descent defense on and off the field. We play aggressive and havent given up a goal in our last 6 games. We are on a roll and other teams better watch out.

Cal Long is not a bad defender...Ryan Barnes is great though
