What are your girls distance runners times in the 800 and the 1600?

Are you asking everybody or are you thinking about a certain area of the state...? We've got some very fast middle distance runners on this board...but most of the posters on here are fellas.

Here are just a few from region 3 area (I got from BoP entry's) I think some of them beat these times.

Krista Smith Cleveland 2:25

Hannah Johnson Soddy Daisy 2:28

Maggie Haddock East Ridge 2:33

Phoebe Wright Red Bank 2:33

Jackie Pickel Bradley Central 2:35

Jackie ran a 5:27at BOP. Tracy ran great too. Both beat their personal records since 7th grade. Hopefully they wil both improve about 10 seconds before regional.

Brooke Wilson from William Blount runs 5:52 1600 and 2:33 800. Rachal Craig also runs 2:33 800.

lol.....she is a really tough runner.....and one of the better-looking girls I have seen at a meet this year. And I have been to a lot of meets.

 

While we're on the topic of William Blount, would you happen to know what events Dannielle Sampley is going to do at the Blount County's and regions?

The field events that Danielle did today for the Blount County Championship were the long jump, triple jump and the high jump. She won all 3. As for running events on Tuesday, I am not sure what all she will do.
