Brent pitched a good game, but no run support.

Our stats had Brent with 14 strikouts and Toby had 18.

 

Marion had 4 hits and Grundy had 5.

 

It was a great game.

 

The fact that Toby was able to continue after getting hit with that foul ball was unreal. I was right next to him when he got hit. I thought it was a lot worse. He's going to have a heck of a bruise if nothing else.

 

Great job by both teams. I look forward to seeing these two again in the tournament title game.

Right in the 6 pack. He's sitting right next to me right now and I'll have to say the bruise isn't as bad as I thought it would be. Probably because he had a 6 pack or two for protection. Just kidding America. Toby is a lean, mean, fighting machine.

Brewer has signed with Walters State.
