Kings College seems to be getting a lot of recruits from this year's class. I don't really know much about the school, but apparently their soccer program is pretty good. And they can give athletic scholarships I'm pretty sure. Sewanee has a great team and is a really good academic school, but they don't give athletic scholarships. If your just looking for a place to play soccer and not so much about academics, Milligan College and Bryan College are pretty good schools for soccer. I'm not saying they're bad academically, but a lot of people go there for athletics. Covenant College is a pretty good school with a really good soccer program. The guys team made it to the NAIA finals last year. Then of course in Division ! there's Vanderbilt and Memphis; both good schools.

King College has an average NAIA program. They were 9 and 9 last year losing in th first round of their college playoffs. Bryan, Tennessee Wesleyan and Covenant beat them. They have a new coach and there is a good number of players coming in. King is in Bristol, VA.

In addition to King, Sewanee, and Covenant, (who all have good progrms) Maryville College has a strong winning tradition in borh men's and women's soccer. The school offers very strong academics and competes in division III (no athletic scholarships but plenty of financial aid available for decent students).

The strength of most of the TN college soccer programs is consistent from year to year but every once in a while there can be some major changes. Lee University used to be a very strong team for many years but lately have declined the past two years. The reason is that the backbone of the program, the coach, left the school and is now somewhere else coaching. It will be a long time until Lee U ever gets back to where their previous coach took them.
