I guess the question isn't will she win the state or not, but instead will she break the state record? I think her and Bumbi will be the two most prohibitive favorites going into a fall XC season in recent memory...

I am not familiar with that name. What type of times has she been running? Rita Jorgenson at White Station in Memphis is going to be the one to beat out of west TN AAA.

She won state this year for AAA girls. I believe her time was 17:56. Not positive. I am not really a cross country person I just know her, so maybe someone else would know.

Siegel will win state in XC next year done deal

Dude, what are you smoking? Houston has 5 of their top 7 back next year and they will only get stronger. They beat Siegel by 120 points last year. Not even close. Plus, there will be other teams that can take out Siegel. Siegel was NOT the 2nd best team last year. I'm not saying this just cause I am on a team that lost to them, but runners from a whole buttload of other schools will tell you that they were better than Siegel. At the state meet it was like every team but Houston was put into a big raffle and were just spun round and around randomly. Siegel just happened to come out on top and get 2nd. They got LUCKY. End of story.
