Never count out the "asphalt boys". My middle school had no access to a track of any sort except for a 150 or so meter asphalt oval that was used for student pickup. The majority of people on our team didn't even know what relay exchange zones were or looked like. We still were the runner up in the county championships once and the winners twice. Although middle school is alot different than high school never disregard the teams with lack of facilities.

Don't forget the sandstone shot put and discus pit(how can you do both on the same pit?) made from the excess materials used in a parking lot. :lol:
