The top QB in the city is Drew Hanks from Tipton-Rosemark Academy. He was the top passer last year. He also has a godo group to throw too . He is the best in the city.

he is a great qb but tiptons schedule is lousy, and judging by schedule strength, Paul Warner from White Station is the top QB in the city.

Actually there are 3 running backs at Millington. Aaron West is the fullback and had more than 1,500 yds last year. Miguel Barnes is one of the wingbacks and had over 1,300 yds in half the carries that West had. Barnes also recorded the fastest time of all RB's and second fastest time overall at the recent Rebel football camp at the University of Mississippi. There were 350 players from all across the South and Barnes was clocked at 4.46 in the 40. The third running back is Gary Askew. He didn't have nearly as many touches as West or Barnes but still averaged over 10 yards a carry every time he put his hands on the ball.

Didn't Braircrest use three QBs last year?  Who will start?  ;)

I wouldn't say that one "starts" as in meaning ones better than the other, because they all have their certain strengths based on a situation in a game and they are all outstanding QBs. But as far as the QB that Briarcrest will use to open the games and set things on track, Bram Cannon will probably be the man.

Millington is looking very good for the upcoming year. Only lost 2 starters on offense and 4 starters on defense. We say congrats to Germantown for winning the state championship but just wonder what would have happened if we had been able to convert a couple of those 6 fumbles that we forced into points. But that didn't happened and the Red Devils won the playoff game.

I'm guessing Miguel is the younger brother of the legendary Marlon Barnes? I still remember that guy going nuts on us (us being Bartlett)
