Congratulations to Coach Brothers, his staff and team for a great win. It is great to see one of the CPA coaching alums doing well, as we all knew he would.

 

We miss him, but JP has a bright future under his leadership. It was just a matter of time for their program to be a winning one.

No pope 57 it should have been10 3 ezell, poe should not have scored in the first quater only because of a fumble on ezell's own 20 and ezell should have kicked a field goal to tie in the second quater.Pope did not score again till late in the third when two of ezell's line backers came cause of cramps.And two fresh. were put in.Tate only had 30 yds rushing he got like 20 something off a punt fake, and he picked the ball because a mix up of routes caused one of the receivers to tip it up.Ezell looked bad but Pope was shut down as well.And sorry but a block in the back changes the play Tate would have been downed.

actually baseball as i recall i only saw yalls offense get only like 3 maybe 4 first downs the whole game.. one long run that should have been stopped in the back field that put yall like on our 8 yard line and yall still couldn't get it in. so yes we did dominate u.. also tate doesn't start at hb he is a wide out..

It's going to be a long year for both squads. That was some of the worst football I've seen in a while. Both teams were slow and unathletic.

 

I can't believe it took JP2 almost three quarters to figure out they were bigger and should just run the ball and quit trying to be cute.

Maybe JPII knew they were going to win no matter what so they worked on the weak part of their game. If you feel good about your chances of winning then I think I would run the plays that my team needed the most work on therefore you would have a sloppy game.
