CPA beats Goodpasture

I noticed CPA put one on Goodpasture, is Goodpasture down or is CPA the team to beat this year. I know that Goodpasture beat Boyd in regular season last year and Boyd went on to win state. Whats up?

A little bit of both. GP lost Hoskins, their tailback, and Janco, their quarterback. They are pretty much a one man team this year with Turner, but they are still very good. Which brings me to CPA. They are a very good team with a good offense and should light up some smaller 1A teams this year. I cannot wait for their game with DCA at the end of the year. With DCA's massive improvement in the passing game and CPA's new style, it will be much higher scoring than some of the past matchups.

Graduated along with 18 other Seniors. GP is starting about 7 Soph. with several playing both ways. All new skill people except Turner.
