Best RB's in East Tennessee

One of the most exciting players to watch this year in East Tennessee will surely be Chris Johnson from Campbell County. If we do just a little bit of blocking this guy will light up opposing defenses, and he wont be brought down too easily. Another good RB that I've seen this year is of course Albert Harris from AE. I'd like to hear some other opinions from around East Tennessee.

Dwayne Caldwell is a great back in the Chattanooga area. The 5'10 170 pound Junior ran for 295 yards in his first varsity game last week. Look for him in the upcoming games. This week Ooltewah plays East Ridge and I believe Dwayne will have a big night for the Owls

Watch for Chad Johnson of Kingston to roll up the yards.

He also plays weak side linebacker.

The tandem of Steven McBride, Trey Locke, and Trace McDermott of McMinn County. I'll also go ahead and throw Dewayne Caldwells name from Ooltewah out there. From the Knoxville area I'd say, Tony Elder of Karns, David Gaston of Central, and Michael Wright of Farragut. All of those K-Town guys have impressed me so far.

Dustin Lindsey- Alcoa, was recently named the Channel 8 Player of the Week. Ran for 162 yards in the first half, and finished the game with 175 against SD.

Yea, Chris Johnson also plays safety for us, he's a big time headhunter. He was All-Region last year at safety.

Im from Campbell Co. and I will brag on Chris Johnson....he is campbell co.'s secret weapon...he is absolutely amazing...there is a few other players like Erik Summers and Josh Allen they need a little credit 2

Yes Dewayne Caldwell will be the base of the Ooltewah offense this year. In 2 games, the 5'8 180 Junior, has ran for 295 on 31 attempts against Red Bank and 241 on 32 attempts against East Ridge. It will especially be fun to watch him this week against the physical Mcminn County team.

Wesley Smith of Scott High is an excellent RB he has already broken the rushing yards in a game as a sophmoore and broke his own record again this year with 274. He has been breaking records since middle school and he has great moves when coming out of hte line. thumb
