iceman, you seem to have a lot of problems with Dresden football. You are constantly on here making negative remarks towards them. I hope it makes you feel better.

they may come off as negative but by no means do i mean them to be. just making an observation. maybe one of that guys coach's or friends will look on here and see what i wrote and then go back and tell him. "hey!!, put two hands on the ball" then that guy because of what i wrote may not ever fumble the ball.

Hey Iceman01, i guarantee that you never was half the back that Hewett is. Hewett is one of the fastest and strongest backs to play @ DHS. And there have been several good backs @ DHS such as, Steven Thomas, Antonio Capps, Cornelius Capps, and last year Jordan Yeley. Hewett is only a sophomore, and if you would notice the reason he has only one hand on the ball is because he is stiff arming the defense, come on coach you teach middle school football, maybe you can teach a stiff arm to your backs? Or what ever position you coach.

LOL. If that is one of Dresden's best backs then no wonder they can't win no more than 6 games, and thats over a 5 year period. Carrying the football and stiff arming someone are two totaly different things. Yes he is stiff arming someone that is 4 times smaller than him therefore he should have ran over him instead (but oh yeah he's on od dresden't best backs LOL) leave it up to the "best back" to stiff arm a kid that looks like he is in junior high instead of running behind his pads. Was he scared? Now the other half, he is carrying the football like its a loaf of bread, neither one of the ends are covered up all someone has to do is thump it and then "dresden's best back" has fumbled the football but I guess thats what the "best backs in dresden" do. thumb Keep up the good work though with poor coaching skills like the one above I bet dresden goes 7-0..........if you add their wins and dicard their loses over a period of 20 years.

I think "iceman01" has a bit of a grudge on the Lions

Its not just the lions its the 13 HS teams, and Dresden is the worst of them all, that everyone builds up in the preseason to be so big they you would think they'd go state. And then they lose every game, win the easy ones and lose the ones to good teams OR they win against the good teams that are having a bad year and everyone thinks "wow told you they were good"

Everyone talked about how dresden was so good last year. Just my oppinion but barely winning against a good team because you got a bounce on the fumble is not blowing away that team. But a win is a win.

Westview had a down year and dresden barely beat them, ok maybe dresden was better but not by much and westview had what, 2 wins last year? So what does that say. UC only had 1 win, that was against Dresden. So, where is this awsome team. Blow away Humbolt, milan, UC and Westview and then I will chip in with the crowd "Dresden is awsome" but they are winning games that they are suppose to win and some games they are suppose to win but they are not. I looked at their schedule this year. Gibson Co. this game could go either way, if Gibson wins they end a 33 game losing streak

Humbolt- if dresden wins it won't be by much but more then likely thei will lose by 2 or more tds

Lighthouse- who are these ppl, big win for dresden (dresden fans don't get your hopes up, this is one of those that dresden is suppose to win)

Peabody-depending on what peabody can do with the ball this year, I'd say this is a loss to dresden

SF- always about the same but this could go either way. IMO, I think SF wins by 1 or 2 tds

Westview- Win for Martin here

McKenzie- if the WR run their rountes and give Hayes time to through he will pick apart that intermeadiate defense of dresden. MCK wins BIG. If not dresden wins by 3 points

Milan-must a I say more dresden is lucky if they get 2 tds

Camden- Camden has 2 runningbacks that are faster than anyone I have seen in HS football. They are bros, if I am not mistaken they are both in HS if not the other is still in Junior High. either way, Camden wins big

UC- come on, UC's 3rd team could beat dresden.

So at most dresden MIGHT win 3-4 games this year but you never know. So there is my oppinion you may not like it and thats fine tell it to the grass while it grows cause I dont' care. And picts say alot most that words can't explain, bottom line, that pic above says that this Hewit kid can't hang on to the ball correctly, doesn't know when or when not to juke or run over someone. That kid is about 90 pounds and he is stiff arming him. To each his own btu I am a scout for a small college so I see this stuff all the time. But in all seriousness good luck to everyone but dresden is not as good as everyone says thats the point of this post not that I hope they lose every game, they jsut might thats the nature of the law.
