thumb this was a great football game.very good defense by both teams.but hillsboro wore down in the 4th i think .they have a lot of speed at rb.but coach mantooth and his staff did a great job adjusting at the half and shut hillsboro down.great defense by the rebels.we needed that win in a close game to show those kids how to win close ball games.andy bishop also got us some key runs in the game.just an all around team effort.go rebels 4-0

I told you it was gonna be a dogfight! This was a GREAT game, one of the most exciting this year. Hillsboro deserves as much credit as we do. They are a fine football team, a tough one too. Congrats to the Rebels for pulling off the HUGE road win, and good luck to Hillsboro with their 4A endeavors. Now It's back to work for lincoln county boys.

This one really surprised me. Is Franklin Co. good? or is Hillsboro just down this year? I really think that the rebels wrap up a region title with a win against Lincoln Co. next week.

They don't get much bigger than the FC v LC game next Friday. I'll have to admit that FC is playing much better than I anticipated. Only giving up 25 points in four games--man that is some great defense.

Good win for FC. Coach Mantooth is one of the best coaches in Tn. FC and LC is a big game. Coach Mantooth has a lot of respect for Coach Thompson and the Falcons. This will not be a blow out. LC will play FC close until the 4th quarter. It appears that FC plays their best football in the 4th quarter.

I think Franklin CO. is that good. After seeing them in week one they are impressive. This is probably the best senior class to come out of their since the Demato class.
