Sprints after every practice Mon - Wed. with extra conditioning on Wed. When my sons played in FL, they ran more. Point? Conditioning is not just pre-season, it happens through the season as well. The only way you can improve (and not just in Football) is too trust someone to push you beyond what YOU think you are capable of. It's hard, but hang in there and realize that champions work harder than anyone else. Fact of life, young man.

Heres a basketball conditioning for you with the "great" David Ball.

 

MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS

Open Gym

Weight Lifting

2-400's under 1:15 each

3-300's under :55 each

4-200's under :26 each

5-50's as quick as you can

6-30's as quick as you can

 

TUESDAYS &THURSDAYS

Open Gym

Weight Lifting

Cross Country-3.1 miles under 20:00

1 mile under 6:00

6-30 yard sprints under :9

kellen you are the man but... see u have to realize i think running for conditiong is great its made me play a JV game then freshmen game at least once a week with ease BUT when your coach...not pemberton...runs u for what sophmores are doing it makes u wonder why are u doing this
