Not sure Warrior. Johnson Co. is upset and Elizabethton gained some much needed momentum. Got to get the feel a little bit before I predict on this one. Big win for Betsy this past Friday vs. Boone, who definately was no sloutch. Boone did knock off Johnson Co. and East pasted them. Of course, from what I hear, Mt. City's star running back missed a big part of the East game with an injury. Might come down to who makes the fewest mistakes, playing and coaching. Hummmm....... ?

If that is the case GLee, Elizabethton is in trouble but I think they will win 17-12. Then EHS plays Unicoi and Central who both are awful.

Burrr, You need to stay with Fulton. Although it will be a very physically tough game, the Cyclones have proven every week that they will bend but will not break on the defensive side. Don't know if the Cyclones #7 can stay somewhat mistake free, but if you can't run at QB you had better be able to get the passes of a bit quicker against the Longhorns. You could end up with a horn in your side. Kinda like the running of the bulls in Spain. We have seen that there is a very capable back up to 7, in #8, so get it going Jeffers. Cyclones 17-14

I have to go with the cyclones in this one. I do not think JC will be able to contain the pass. If the clones get it up in the air to #44 and #15 this one should go quick. Also, the clones running game is rapidly improving:148 rushing against Sullivan East, 163 against Boone. If the clones can break 200 this game shouldnt be even close. The clones will have to shape a few things up on the D side of the ball though if they do expect to win. The D has been playing great pretty much all year but they are starting to slip a bit. They are hanging tuff and are a great group of kids. They work hard together and know what to do.

Getting a bit personal Lander. I know the talk has been going on because I know them, but nothing is in concrete and won't be for awhile as far as #8's move goes. For now, that's a dead issue and should be left that way. We are on here to talk football. Cyclone football and I'm at 17-14 Betsy. And you "wish" you could have played the Cyclones last year. Well give us a call and I'm sure they will let you pick the years you want to play. Go Cyclones, one at a time! thumb

Lander you read that from a post that is weeks old. I think it was summed up then that if he wanted to leave, well then, bye. We all want him here, but I think it is a dead issue. I agree with Scout, not for this site. It is a personal thing for his family. Cyclones are going to win Friday by more than I originallly thought. 27-13
