The TSSAA wesite shows Greensville HS with an enrollment of 769. Why did they wrestle in the AAA Duals?

Greeneville plays up in all sports. 4-A in football, 3-A in Basketball and all other sports so they have to go up in wrestling according to TSSAA rules which is wrong. They should be allowed to stay down in wrestling track soccer or any of the other sports.

I believe they would be at the state duals (A/AA) if not for the TSSAA rule. 20-2 and they start 14 under classmen thumb
