Lucas is my idol
Dad had same problem back in the 80s back when they used to take all the cartilage out of your knee for a tear. He would practice till the swelling would fill his and then go to the docter get it drain and be back the next day. Just get it drained when it swells and worry bout it after season. IronMan8
The best thing you can do for it is to ice it. I've had knee problems and to take a day off and ice it all day is the best thing to do. Although, if you got a cartilage tear you'll pretty much have to tough it through till the end of the season. ice for 20 min. at a time. CoachGonyeaSHS
See a Dr...quit asking for medical advice from a message board. 825551047[/snapback] Your reply served no purpose other than to try to make someone feel stupid. You need to find another hobby man. This guy just wanted some advice from some people he felt he could turn to. Instead, you give him your snide remark. I hope you feel better. If you can't say something constructive, then refrain from posting.

dragon12
One of my buddies busted one of the fluid sacks in his knee during a practice and it swelled up twice the size. He was told to stay off of it until he could see a doctor. Not to try to make you feel stupid, but that is the smart thing to do. It's not usually good to wrestle through anything if you haven't seen a doctor.
iwillpicku
it is prolly the smart thing to do but region tournament is next week and can't miss that one.... don't have any fluid sacks yet so maybe mine isn't that bad... it's just sore and tender
