I'll have to say the same since yall are on top ahead of everyone else after winning it last year and have the home adv in the district tourney...but you'll have to watch out for HS and RBS like always...

HS scrimmaged Gordonsville Thursday night and lost 3-2 in the 9th innning. Our defense looked pretty good, had one error. The batting really needs work. That was the first time they saw any live pitching. HS only had three practices on the field and didn't get to hit off any pitches. Good luck to everyone!

It has mostly been the weather. They have only been practicing Monday - Thursday and it seems that's when most of the rain & snow/sleet crud has been.

When and who is their first game?

They play Clarkrange at home Tuesday, the 15th, and then travel to Smith Co. Thursday, the 17th.

Hey there coach15! I haven't heard from you in a while. How's the middle school team doing?

 

The game against Clarkrange is supposed to start at 6:00. I would say if Clarkrange get there early enough, they may start earlier than that since they have so far to drive.
