Hendersonville has been playing well lately. Look for an upset if the Lady Commandos can get their outside shots to fall. That said, I expect a close game that will be decided by 5 points or less either way.

I have one question? Why as the Number 1 Seed is Mt. Juliet playing at 4:15 instead of the prime time at 7:30.

Well one reason is that the second game will be a better game....but the reason i see it as a plus for the #1 seed is that they get to watch the team and see who and what they have to do i see it as advantage to the 1 seed....i know mj fans think they dont need to scout anymore but it doenst hurt should be a fun tourney

#1 seed plays the earliest game possible to give them the most rest before their next game as an advantage.

I can see the advantage there to playing the early game.

 

HOWEVER, what about the fans. A starting time of 4:15. There are lots of supporters that work till 4pm and 5pm and that starting time ALL but eliminates the oppurnity to go and watch the game. That was my point.

 

And yeah I know if they want to go bad enough they could ask to get off work early.

 

I don't know this for certain but I think the margin of defeat to Mt. Juliet (74-24) was the worst for a Lebanon girls basketball team in over 40 years.

 

I was shocked when I saw Lebanon only dressed out 7 players. Mt. Juliet dressed out 15 and they all played. This is really a sad sad state the Lebanon girls basketball program is in.
