anti-todd
BHS hits it pretty darn hard. While conditioning's an intregral part of the game it is not the most important. I've been able to kill people in preseason conditioning who embarrass me during the regular season. frommy
id have to agree that bhs has the hardest conditioning. i dont think ive heard of any other teams do as much running as we do, but i could be wrong.
Zizou159
How is anyone going to know which team has the hardest conditioning program in the state?
sivart
I heard that as of right now Baylor has been having morning and evening practices. Not just working out but actual playing and training.
volsbigd712
that stinks, but I guess they are out to prove something this year
ydet
the BGA team goes through a very tough preseason conditioning. since this team has no tryouts, conditioning is design to weed out those players that arn't truly dedicated. they go every day from the day we get back from winter break until feb. 14. foward88
BHS has one of the toughest conditioning progams u will find. The 6-8 mile run they go on every mondays proves that they r the best in shape team in middle TN and maby in the state

I just said that ya'll ran pretty hard. Distance running isn't the most relevant type of running in soccer. It's important, but not as important as being able to sprint and then recover quickly and do it again for the whole game.
