The defense should get better as they haven't had a good deal of time outside yet.  Congratulations to the Tornadoes on the win.  The freshman going deep TWICE!  Wow!  Plus, Hitt with a dinger!  BK way to hit boy!  Lindsey was 9-0 during the summer with some very good outings.  UC now 2-0.  Congrats to new coach David Barker on getting his first two wins as a head coach.

Union City will be very good this year if they can minimize their errors. They have a very strong offense this year.

I heard from the Halls coach that Halls had an 8 run lead on Dyersburg and Mathis talked the umpires into calling the game two out before it would have been offical. Pretty sorry! Thats about like him though. Halls would beat them anyway .

Yes! Then they scheduled Halls to play them Saturday after playing Union City. Halls beat Union City 6-0, then they lost to Dyersburg 6-0. I watched both games. Halls has a pretty good team. Junior, Josh Daniels, is leading the team right now. He's a great player offensively and defensively. Go Halls! thumb

he is definately not the leader of that team. he is a very average player. their catcher is a leader though and he is only a sophomore, watch this kid will be great!

Josh Daniels is definately the leader of this team. Dont get me wrong the Catcher Leamond Arthur is a great player but Josh definately has more leadership ability than any player on the team. Josh is the best all around player on the team. Especially since they lost Brewster and Blackwood last year.
