This looks like to me the duel was not close and if the errors would not have been made Eagleville would have won. I assume you are a little biased. I do think your mph for Jeffcoat and Baker must be from last year. Baker-85 pitches 67 strikes. 5.2 innings, 5H, 1BB, 0ER and 7K's. 3 errors Jones- 78 pitches 37 strikes. 4 innings, 2H, 5BB, 0ER and 1K. 1 error Adams and the UH kid are really good as well. What about South Pitt and Oakdale? I heard they have some good ones.

I hate this for all the kids in the program and fans alike. I can't recall of anything like this before in my lifetime but I'm sure it isn't a first. After criminal investigations are complete and the TSSAA looks into this the program it will be facing Nuclear Winter for some time to come. It's always the innocent left behind that end up paying the price for something someone else has done. I'm sure the transfer portal will be very active in Clinton over the summer months. How could you find a good coach worth his salt that would take on a situation like this not knowing what will happen.

I’ve seen Jeffcoat in person twice and he was 84-87 both times and the one time I saw Baker he was low 80’s, he actually got out dueled by Jones from ER in that outing.

I think Jeffcoat is 87-89mph, Adams touched 90mph and Baker is 85-87mph (from what I was told). The kid from UH I am not sure how fast he throws but I would think low 80's. It is hard to crown 1 as the best pitcher. Now best overall player would be an interesting discussion.

I think Adams, Baker or Jeffcoat are all really good as well. So is the kid from UH (Cannot remember his name but he can sling it). I was told that Baker will not even pitch at Murray State. He is going as a position player. I think he is the only one that is not a true pitcher but can sling it. Jeffcoat and Adams pitched for Team TN. Not sure how they did.

When I saw him last year it was mid 80’s with run. Puts the ball wherever he wants too.

Saw Malik Howard working out yesterday on the practice field with Shuge Howard( I don't know if that's his father or uncle). This kid is going to be a fantastic FB and BB player, he's got the natural talent and works hard.

He was arguably the best pitcher in the tournament last year as a sophomore. It was between him, Jeffcoat and Baker from Eagleville and Jones from ER. Jones is the only one who graduated.

It just depends on who plays the game of chess the best. Everyone will pitch their #1 on Tuesday and scheme from there.

Best Pitcher? Not sure on that one but everyone is entitled to their own opinion. McKenzie did not play a very tough schedule from what it looks like. I will be surprised if McKenzie beats Gordonsville to be honest.

Yes, he redshirted this last season, he's probably going to get some snaps at some point this year. I'll give it a year or two before he's probably the full-time starter, by his senior year, I think most definitely will, unless something happens.

Not only is Surber the best pitcher in the tournament in my opinion, he is by far the best overall athlete too. #2 ranked QB in 25’ and a 1000 point scorer on the hardwood. McKenzie has a stud. Him vs Adams will be a quite a show in round 1

I don’t think he can beat Jeffcoat. He could possibly beat baker but Jeffcoat I think only Adams has a chance to beat. Surber is the best pitcher in the tournament though in my opinion

What about the lefty from Gordonsville he looked better during region.
