zcar, Every sport is a tuff proposition. Football is no different than any other sport. Boy oh boy why do these kids go thru 2-3 years of playing football than quit there senior year? Can't figure 'em out.

Sorry, the avoid contact rule (which most players slide to avoid contact) was put in 20+/- years ago. Makes no difference - you have to at LEAST TRY to avoid contact.

No spring game this year - they will bring out their OL/DL and have them put on a lifting exhibition. They will squat more weight than any teenager alive.

HTV With you being a true Powell Panther and proud of it, have you heard how Lee Smith and John Bruhin are doing at Marshall this spring. I know that Ian O'Connor will graduate within the next couple of weeks because I saw Logan the other day. But I wonder to him about the two Powell players and how they were doing and thought I would post the question to you. Also Logan said the big lineman from Webb, Inman, looked to be a starter again this coming year but at LT instead of Guard.
