Should be an instructional video for line blocking and blocking down field...Takes a whole offense for a running back to be as successful as LK has been...I'm sure that goes for TR and KH(except when the Rebel defense shut KH down) This is my Mr. Football.

look at the history....the last ten years 6 champions from the west and 4 from middle(all private schools in nashville)...just getting there shouldn't be enough east tn you should be bringing home the hardware and history shows your not!

not gonna be anyone from the east....they boast how good they are all year and then when state tourney time rolls around they bow out early....i'll say either riverside or jcs to take home the crown...in single A baseball west TN is full of the most talented teams

McKenzie graduated their #1 and #2 pitchers, catcher, 1st base, SS, 3rd base, CF, LF, all of which were their top 6 or so hitters....looking at that i think its gonna take alot of hard work for them to even compete in their district much less region and sub-state.....alot of experince? beyond Chappell, maybe Holt, and Anderson would be alright if he didn't listen to his fans in the crowd, but given just those three and its a stretch to give you them(besides chappel) who has experince to lead this team?????? good to have high hopes, but also be realistic!

His replacement was hired last year....it is ex-Mckenzie Rebel Coach Jeremy Maddox...he was an assistant this past season

Good luck to you Eagles....thanks for the pitching comment (my brother was the starter for Mckenzie).....your bats were hot last night and i hope they stay hot all next week!!!........your fan support was great last night....not many good memories on that field for me (lost two sub-state games when i was playing '97 and '98 and last two sub-state games for my brother)....but still wish you the best of luck.....ya'll have a solid team loaded with talent.....get a ring for your seniors!!!!

please add a game on Sat. May 2nd for McKenzie Rebels vs. Clarksburg (2nd round district tournament)....McKenzie won 9-4.....also add McKenzie vs. Huntingdon for May 5th (semi-finals of 13-A district tournament)

well coach you make some good points but its all opinion and your not gonna agree with my opinion......so i'm just gonna agree to disagree...we'll have to see what happens on the field tomorrow night.....are you sure the game's at 7:00 i've heard its at 4:30....i don't know the real start time just wondering if your sure

call it a tough season if you want to but i think it was a successful one for coach burke and his players.......being the 5th coach in 4 seasons no one could have expected much out of the team but they had some very impressive wins over lexington and milan...this is a young team with only one senior so look for them to only get better for next season!

who were the winners of yesterdays games?

always high stakes when h-town and mckenzie get together but i think their games in the districts will come down to pitching...who is on and who is not at the right time....game one in the regular season huntingdon's batters were shut down and seemed confused at the plate all night....second game they didn't crush the ball but got their hits when they needed them....they had a chance to put out the rebs early in that game but never took advantage.....mckenzie stayed in the game even though they made horrible mistakes......mckenzie is the much stronger team and should win 2 out of 3 and depending on which rebel team shows up 2 out of 2

go ahead and mark it down but i'd use a pencil if i was you you'll need a good eraser after the tournaments

yea but they might not even be in the top 100 next week! national high school polls should mean nothing to the team and should definitely not be a main focus or even a focus at all. they are for overly prideful fans that like to start topics about how their team is ranked nationally by some poll based out of Looneyville, TX. teams should be focused on winning each at-bat, winning each game, winning their district, winning their region, and then winning the state championship!
