  1. I would like to apologize for being out of pocket since the young lads from South Pittsburg played over at the Swamp. I have had several speaking engagements in the midwest area of the United States and have not had time to grace everyone with my presence. I know that Sportman has missed me. I will be gracing everyone with my presence at Grace this week in Knoxville. My entourage and myself will be a guest of Governor Haslem at the UT game on Saturday and will be sitting in the sky box. I figured I would stop by and watch these young lads from South Pittsburg play their final regular season game. I will continue to watch #15 and #2 for South Pittsburg. These young lads will probably be promoted to legend status with one more good outing. I will be avaliable to sign autographs and pose for pictures before the game and at halftime but will have to exit the stadium immediately following the game due to prior arrangements for the game Saturday. Hopefully Sportman and others will come mingle with a legend such as myself and get the chance once again to breath some of the same air that a legend like myself breaths. I have contacted the Karns police and my entourage and I will be receiving a police escort to the stadium and leaving the stadium. Good luck to all the young lads that will be playing the game. Hopefully some will be promoted to legend status.
  2. This conversation immediately caught the attention of a legend like myself. It is very disappointing to hear of Signal's bad deeds. Signal's living legend coach has gotten the trouble into some very hot water. I have graced you people with my presence on more than one occasion and each time you have told me that all of these young lads were legal and were residents of Signal Mountain. It is very disappointing to find out that these young lads in this program have slipped into the program from the back door. Hopefully these young lads will get everything straight and will be able to move forward in their quest for vindication and justice.
  3. Thank you for the kind words Black Pearl. A legend like myself simply can't be everywhere at once. I have had many speaking engagements that I had to attend. I will be gracing everyone with my presence at The Swamp of Boyd Buchanan on Friday nights. Many years ago, I never thought that I would be ashamed to grace Marion County with my presence, but with the current situation it is simply a waste of my time. My time is better spent watching some other games in the area. I still pull for the young lads in purple and white, but until something is changed in the program it will continue to spiral downward.
  4. A legend like myself is always missed. The Living Legend Butchie is only a legend in his own mind. Make no mistake about it folks, Butchie is always happy to be graced with my presence. Just because a legend like myself can't grace Butchie with my presence doesnt mean I am not looking from afar at the young lads from McKenzie. Butchie, you should watch your boundaries or you could find yourself bowing down again to a legend such as myself. As for this South Pittsburg and Boyd game. I am curious if the weather will play a role in the outcome of this game. These clubs are always so irrate toward each other when they take to the field. Hopefully all of the young lads on each respective team will come out of this one injury free. I understand that everyone gets excited when a legend like myself graces you with my presence so I would like everyone to please act in a civil manner when lining up for my autograph on Friday night. I believe it will be a festive environment at The Swamp this week. The living legend coaches walking the sidelines for each respective club will have their young lads ready to go to battle in this. Again, I would like to give an apology to everyone for not being around the past few weeks. The speaking engagement opportunites must simply come first, but rest assure all of my fans are always in the back of my mind.
  5. A living legend like myself simply can't make the trip to Hampton, but these young lads are looking pretty good. The living legend pujo and myself have watched these young lads from Hampton grow and mature over the seasons. These young lads are likely to be making another appearance in the state semifinals this season. Pujo, tell those young lads at Hampton that The Living Legend is watching from afar and will hopefully be seeing these young lads perform again in the near future.
  6. A legend like myself simply does not waste time going to watch this type of football anymore. It saddens me to watch a once proud program like my alma mater to go into the tank like this Marion County team has done this season. I truly believe that the all of the extra baggage coaches brought back onboard this season have to take some of the blame for what has happened to our once proud program. The young lads at Marion simply do not have any passion or intensity for the game anymore. It is truly difficult to watch a program that a legend like myself helped build into a state powerhouse to now be one of the worst programs in the state of Tennessee. These young lads on this Marion club have seemed to just let things play out and finish the season. Changes must be made in our once proud program if anything is ever going to change. Goodluck this Friday vs the young lads from Copper Basin.
  7. I would like to apologize to everyone for being a way for a couple of weeks. I had several speaking engagements I had to attend in Nashville as well as North Carolina. I have been in contact with several organizations in the past few weeks concerning speaking engagements. Again, I am sorry to everyone, but a legend such as myself simply can't be everywhere. The fine folks at Boyd Buchanan are apparently still in talks with my financial advisor about possibly being the guest speaker at the annual spring fundraiser. Hopefully both parties will agree on something in the near future. The Living Legend has been reading on waiting on this game to arrive. The young lads that participate in this intense rivalry always play a little harder when their respective clubs go at it. I will be evaluating many young lads during this contest. #24 for Boyd Buchanan is a young lad I had my eye on for quite some time. This game will give him the chance to achieve legend status. South Pittsburg also has some young lads that have a chance at achieving legend status during this game. #15 and #2 are two young lads that have also garnered some interest. As always, I will be signing autographs in the endzone and patio terrace area at Boyd Buchanan on Friday. I encourage everyone to come mingle and associate with a legend such as myself and Reaction. Everyone just look for Sportman,Old Pirate, Pirate Mike, Buc55 and others as they always are somewhere at my feet tagging along just hoping to inhale some of the same air as a legend like myself. The living legend sportman has been spotted bowing down to a legend like myself on several occasions. Sometimes all it takes is to look for someone bowing down and then you have instantly found Sportman and The Living Legend. I would like to wish all of the young lads in this intense rivalry goodluck this Friday night at The Swamp.
  8. I would like to apologize to everyone for not being available lately. I had several previous commitments for speaking engagements around the state of Tennessee, but make no mistake that I have been keeping an eye on the young lads in the Sequatchie Valley. This year, I will once again be gracing all of you people with my presence at David Baxter Stadium. It is always a festive environment watching one of the state’s oldest rivalries. I noticed at the annual Sequatchie Valley Jamboree that South Pittsburg now has 3 living legends walking the sidelines. Once upon a time I awarded one of these living legend coaches with legend status as a standout running back for South Pittsburg. This living legend went on to become a living legend for the UT Vols. The other sideline features a lot of coaches, but none that currently have legend status. Coach Boeck was briefly awarded legend status during the 2008 season, but was later stripped of legend status after not producing over the past 4 seasons. As always, a legend such as myself will be evaluating young lads for possible legend status. I noticed several young lads for South Pittsburg at the jamboree. #15 and #6 looked good during the jamboree. These two young lads will be evaluated on Friday for possible promotion to legend status. #11 for Marion County is a young lad that stood out for the warriors. I also noticed during the jamboree that Marion County has brought back some of the “extra baggage†coaches they had several seasons ago. Sometimes too many “extra baggage†coaches can be a distraction to a team. At one time, Marion County had a premier program, but recently I have witnessed them playing the game without any passion, desire and heart. A legend like myself must question whether this lack of passion and desire to play the game is a direct reflection from unenthusiastic coaches or if the young lads simply don’t enjoy the game. Regardless, I hope to see a better display of football on Friday night. As always I will be on the track signing autographs during the pregame festivities as well as during halftime. Hopefully sportman and others will come to the track and be graced with the presence of a true living legend like myself. Sometimes something as simple as breathing the same air as a legend like myself can rub off on less talented people. I will apologize now about not being able to sign autographs at the conclusion of the game. I have a speaking engagement in Nashville on Saturday morning so my entourage will be escorted from the stadium and town immediately at the conclusion of the game. I would like to thank Chief Graham for making these arrangements for my entourage. It is tough to live in these shoes of a living legend, but it makes it easier when people are willing to accommodate a legend like myself. Good luck to both of these clubs on Friday night. All young lads should lay everything on the line and play every play until the whistle blows.
  9. A legend such as myself would not waste the time, effort or gas to come to a game such as this one. My time is too valuable to watch a game like this one. The young lads at Hampton have a good club this season and will make these boys from Hancock County bow down very quickly in this game. Goodluck to all the young lads that play the game.
  10. I need to grace you Gordonsville people with my presence. I last witnessed a Gordonsville game during the playoffs last season down at Phillip Beene Stadium. I will be gracing those people down there with my presence this week at their annual game with Marion County. I am sure that many of you have missed interacting with a legend like myself, but rest assured your time will come again and I will be available for autographs and pictures very soon. I hope your young lads are progressing well this season. I always enjoy the hospitality you people have shown me over the years. You people know how to treat a legend and it is much appreciated. Tell your young lads on your ball club that the living legend will be watching them play a game this season and as always will be evaluating them for possible elevation to legend status.
  11. A legend like myself would be very beneficial to your radio show. I have had several speaking engagements scheduled during the past few weeks, but would be glad to call into your show and offer valuable insight from a true living legend. I would be happy to do this for all of you people for a small fee. My perspective of high school football ranks at the top. The insight and breakdowns I could give you people would instantly raise the ratings on your show. It’s not everyday that you can get cheap insight from a legend like myself.
  12. A legend like myself simply can’t be everywhere at once. Rest assured I will be gracing all of you people with my presence this season. I always have enjoyed the Marion and South Pittsburg games against Boyd, but it looks as though I will only get to enjoy one of those this season since the Marion coach elected not to challenge his young lads with tough football games. I will be at “The Swamp†for the Boyd Buchanan and South Pittsburg clash. I always enjoy watching these young lads and the living legend coaches from each respective sideline going at it during this annual slugfest. Boyd Buchanan has several young lads I will be evaluating for legend status. I have been keeping my eyes on #29 and #24 for Boyd Buchanan this season. These young lads will be under the watchful eye of a legend like myself when I grace you with my presence. As always, it will be my pleasure to interact with the living legend reaction. We will be in the endzone signing autographs during the pregame ceremonies. I will see you people from Boyd in a few weeks. It is also my understanding that Boyd has contacted my financial advisors about a possible speaking engagement at the annual fundraiser you do each spring. Can anyone from Boyd feel me in on the details of this event as well as the compensation package that will be offered. If the package is right, I will look forward to speaking with all of you in the spring at the fundraiser event.
  13. I will be gracing you people from Polk County with my presence when you play South Pittsburg later in the season. Your living legend coach has completely owned the South Pittsburg coach during recent seasons. I look forward to a good game between these two clubs much like the 2009 meeting at Phillip Beene Stadium. Many young lads from both clubs will have a chance at legend status during this game. I know many of you have still not had the opportunity to get the autograph of a legend so make sure and get to the game early so I can accommodate everyone. I will be watching the young lads from South Pittsburg for the first time during the regular season this Friday night against the young lads from Marion. I will be looking for any young lads that could gain the ever allusive legend status. Legend status is coveted by many, but only attainted by a select few. Tell your young lads that The Living Legend says good luck this week and in the weeks to come.
  14. I will be gracing you people on the mountain with my presence next Friday night. I am looking forward to watching your young lads strap it on against South Pittsburg. I have been observing your young lads from afar this season and I believe another good ending could be in your future. The young lads at Signal Mountain play the game hard and always lay it on the line for their living legend coach. Several young lads from Signal gained legend status last season and I am positive that several will also be achieving it this season. Next week looks to be a festive environment. I would like for you people to make sure your cheerleaders make a sign welcoming The Living Legend to your stadium. I am sure everyone will be excited to interact with a legend like myself. I am asking that everyone be patient and wait patiently in line for your autograph from the legend. I will be on your track signing autographs during the pregame festivities. Please arrange for a police escort for my entourage to and from your stadium once I get on campus. Goodluck to the young lads from Signal this week against a weak bunch of young lads from Grundy County.
  15. It was an honor for a legend such as myself to introduce Wayne Reynolds into the Hall of Fame last week at the annual jamboree. Im glad I got to grace everyone with my presence and had a good time signing autographs for everyone before the game. I was hoping Traintracks would have joined me in the pressbox to do my color commentating for the Hall of Fame induction. I noticed several young ladds that will be put on the radar for a chance to earn legend status this year. I also noticed that South Pittsburg has three legends walking the sidelines now. I will be gracing everyone up in Coalmont this week with my presence. I will be down near the field before the game to give everyone a chance to get an autograph from the legend.
  16. I will be gracing everyone with my presence tonight in Dunlap. I have a seat reserved in the Wayne Reynolds pressbox for Traintracks to sit with the legend. It is always an honor to have a celebrity like Traintracks to sit with a legend such as myself. Maybe we could get sportman to give us a shoe shine and bring food to the pressbox. As always I will be signing autographs and evaluating young lads tonight to see who has the potential to earn legend status during the season.
  17. A legend like myself can't make it over to your neck of the woods very often, but I would like to try this season. You people could learn alot of things from a legend like myself. You had a couple of young lads that I was considering for legend status going into the championship last season. After they game, I was unable to award this to anyone. Don't worry though your young lads will get another chance to impress a legend such as myself this season. Rest assured I will see your young lads play and will be signing autographs for all of you people. Everyone can't be a living legend, but everyone can learn alot from a living legend like myself. I will grace you with my presence and I could even train a few of you people to properly identify, evaluate and award legend status to your young lads in your town. I will be keeping an eye on your young lads as they progress through this season. Tell them that The Living Legend will be watching and the award of legend status could come at any moment.
  18. You people down on the south end of the valley will get an opportunity to interact with a legend such as myself during the annual jamboree. I will also be gracing you people with my presence during week 1. I have looked over your schedule and will be attending 4-5 different football games this season. You typically have very good young lads that play the game the right ways. You also have two living legend coaches walking the sidelines so it is easier for you to help these young lads achieve legend status. Sportman and his sidekicks should make sure and meet me on the track at 6:00 before the game against Grundy County so they can be graced with my presence once again and learn from the great one. I know that everyone can't be a legend like myself, but everyone can learn from a legend like myself. I will be doing a training course on how to properly identify and evaluate young lads that need to be awarded legend status. There is an art to being able to identify and evaluate these young lads. Not everyone has the skill set to evaluate these young lads, but I am willing to share this knowledge with others so they can be trained to properly identify these young lads that deserve to be awarded legend status by the great one. Goodluck to the young lads in the quest for another state championship.
  19. As I stated earlier, I will be gracing all of you people with my presence in Dunlap at the annual jamboree. I look forward to evaluating these young lads and identifying which ones have a reasonable shot of achieving legend status this season. The action on the gridiron in the Sequatchie Valley should be a good one. Again, a special thanks to Bill Layne for arranging me a spot in the Wayne Reynolds Pressbox. It is much easier to evaluate the young lads from higher up than down on the track. Please everyone don't panic about a legend like myself being in the pressbox. I will be on the track area by 5:30 on the day of the jamboree to sign autographs for anyone that hasn't had the opportunity to speak with the great one. The annual competitions are always a good way to help properly identify young lads that might achieve legend status this year and in future seasons.
  20. You claim to be a legend around these parts, but what have you done to achieve legend status? A legend like myself should always be on the cover of this magazine. You should do a synopsis on a legend like myself. I am sure everyone would enjoy it more than some of these other team previews. I will be happy to give you my autograph so you can have it digitized and start including it in your magazine. You would be guaranteed to sell more copies if it included a great one's autograph such as myself.
  21. A legend like myself has to spread out the time to attend games and see all the young lads in the Sequatchie Valley perform. I will be gracing the warrior faithful with my presence in the cupcoming weeks. The young lads in purple and white are hopefully putting together a better campaign this season. As always I will be attending a couple of games at David Baxter Stadium in Jasper. I will be at the south endzone fence area on the track. I will be signing autographs each and every night I come to see these young lads perform on the gridiron. I am looking forward to hopefully giving legend status back to the Living Legend coach that graces the sidelines in Jasper. I will be looking and evaluating as the season progresses. Goodluck to the young lads in purple and white this season.
  22. Everyone in the Sequatchie Valley will be delighted to know that I will once again be gracing everyone with my presence at the annual Sequatchie Valley Jamboree. I have spoken with some fine folks at Sequatchie County. The Living Legend Trainer Bill Layne has also guaranteed me a free pass into the jamboree as well as a free meal ticket. I am very appreciative of the support that the fine folks in Sequatchie County always give a legend like myself. I will have a seat in the Wayne Reynolds Pressbox during the festivities. During the competitions and pregame I will be on the track to sign autographs for everyone. It's not everyday that you get the opportunity to collaborate with a legend like myself so everyone should take advantage of the opportunity.
  23. I will be gracing you people at Boyd Buchanan with my presence this season in several games. I look forward to speaking with The Living Legend Reaction at several games. As always, I will be in the endzone signing autographs with Reaction before the game each night. Boyd Buchanan has several young lads that have a chance of achieving legend status this season. Boyd had one young lad last season that was very fast and could have a nice season. Buc55, you will again receive the opportunity to speak with a legend like myself in hopes that one day you will also become a living legend. Goodluck to the young lads at Boyd Buchanan this season.
  24. You people down in South Pittsburg will be delighted to know that I will once again be gracing you with my presence during the 2011 season. I will be on the track signing autographs each and every night I decide to grace you with my presence. It looks as though I will be making a trip to Phillip Beene Stadium for the first game against Grundy County. I have heard some good things about the young lads in South Pittsburg for the upcoming season. My presence at the game will be good for other people such as Sportman, Pegleg, Roy Dillard, Traintracks99, Old Pirate, Pirate Mike, Pirate Tom, The Ambassador, D60 and PowerP. These young lads should have a really good club during the 2011 season. It will be interesting to see which young lads can achieve legend status this season. South Pittsburg has two living legend coaches walking the sidelines so they should continue to be in good hands. I will be gracing you with my presence in the games vs Grundy County, Marion County, Signal Mountain, Polk County and Boyd Buchanan. Your young lads will have 5 chances during the regular season to achieve legend status. Once the playoff run starts then a legend like myself just has to reevaluate and look at all of the available game options on a weekly basis. Goodluck on having a successful club this season that will represent the valley well.
  25. I will be gracing everyone with my presence this season at David Baxter Stadium in Jasper on a couple of different occasions. The young lads in purple should continue to improve. Coach Boeck was stripped of his legend status last season, but will have a chance to regain that elite status this season. Hopefully the young lads will provide everyone in the valley with some entertaining and festive evenings. I will again be signing autographs each and every night I am in attendance.
