Don't let 1 or 2 McMinn Central fans fool you. The vast majority of us (the sane ones) realize we have a shot friday against CAK, but after that, our season is done. Alcoa already put the hurting on us two weeks ago, and we realize we're just not in the same class. That said, neither is anyone else in the state of tennessee.

Not making excuses, but as far as common scores go, Central played one of its worse games of the year against Sequoyah.

Anyone know where MC's kicker is signing? His 50 yard FG was beautiful..and to top that off he nearly had a couple sacks playing DE..when your past the lineman before he gets out of his stance your fast.

McMinn Central beat Tellico 16-0. Almost every player scored

well first there was #7 doing the throat slash motion to the student section after making a tackle with about a minute to go, then the same player i believe making a very very late hit on the last play of the game when the ball had been 10 yards over the WR's head and had already hit the ground..player was down for a good 3-4mins and no call? yeah right.

I think their working on ways to get him the ball..heard against Red Bank in scrimmage he ran about 80 yards on a fake punt before getting cornered by the punt returner

He did terrible on the punt because he was too excited and shanked it..but still nearly put it into the bleachers. Destroyed everyone in the 40, won by a good 2 or 3 yards

I'd have to move boyd buchanan at least one more spot over mcminn, boyds defense was impenetrable for us and mcminns was tough but not quite as rock solid. And its soddy daisy lol, not daisey.

From what I've been told, Tyner vs. Boyd will not happen. Tyner no longer has a soccer team.

I don't think CSAS is up to the standard they normally are. They might have been hurt by graduation, but the games i've seen haven't been sharp. Their good yeah, but not as good as years past. Tied sweetwater 0-0..given sweetwater is a good team.

Sweetwater - 4 McMinn Central - 3. Sweetwater had ferociously quick forwards, used them well to run unchallenged on through balls which accounted for a couple scores. One score was a beautiful shot from well outside the 18 that hit far post. Mcminn was down 4-1 in the second half, just couldnt turn it on quick enough to catch back up.
