Transfers…. really transfers? I have enjoyed some of the chatter on this subject but I want to bring up a different school of thought(which I’m sure some of you will not understand). How many of the so called true non transfers really exist? How many coaches are actually alums of their wrestling school? Hmmm let’s see here… Bradley, Soddy, Did Simpson go to Farther Ryan(no offense meant I really do not know)? Please boys and girls help me out here if I missed a coach. Truth is more people involved in this have transferred from their roots than planted. Heck should we say Heath Eslinger should be the Bradley coach? How dare you coach UTC Heath LOL… Onto the “club coaches and supporters†which club coach/supporter is an alum and true root planter? I can think of one or two from my home town, so again boys and girls help me out here if you can. The point I’m trying to make is quit complaining about this is unfair and that is unfair! It’s very simple… out work the others and you will find success! I’ll leave you with this, there is a ton of hard work that goes into this sport, these young men should be complemented and supported even more, for the true sacrifice it takes to become a wrestler! I must echo the words of cupcake and youthcoach. The Tullahoma takedown club is truly a foundation for young boys to be taught the sport of wrestling however it extends well beyond the wrestling mat. The Brunner family feels blessed to have such a foundation as we once again start over with our youngest son. Pat Welsh, David Cleveland and Mark Moran have set a positive path for young wrestlers. Fireman on the first part of your post.. I agree Baylor all the way!!! However you left out the heart and soul of McCallie, Chase Martino! Martino keep up the good work!!

Ravenwood should have alot of wrestler to watch for this season with alot of kids coming up from sunset middle putting back the group of kids that went 10 and 0 lots of light weights like Jacob Travis- Jacob Freeman are just a few and with the return of David Chege -Brian Kiefer- Johnathan Mabry -Brian Ward- Cody Stewart 160-Donovan Freeman at 152 -Dillion Yeager- Harrison Hawthrone this will not only be a team to watch for but also alot of guys to watch out for as individuals - also i expect to see alot from Brandon Brunner with tallahoma at 103 this year as well as Parker Smith Cenntenial high and lets not forget Caleb little of Independance all in all middle tenn is starting to bring the level up in our great sport To mythreewrestlers Thanks for the good words about my son Brandon Brunner.
