It was a great game, especially considering it was the first of the season and it was extremely hot. This is finally a rivalry since SC beat h'ville for the first time. I believe the Bison will be ready also for Aug 22. Maybe both teams can top last years performance. Time will tell.

I follow the Bison, have since day 1 of the program. I hope the vengence h'ville says is coming is not to rough on the team considering they are 3A and h'ville is 5A. Maybe the Bison should not even show up to play?

I believe White House and Station Camp will have something to say about this. Both teams play hard and a District 8 finals rematch will not be out of the question.

Any game with Petrone coaching the team is winnable for WHH. He will have them ready so I say WHH.

I do not see any mention of Sycamore in this discussion. How are they going to play in '08. DeKalb Co. is also going to be improved with the Poteete kid at QB. I look for Macon to resurface into the race making this a very competitive region. I guess everyone is chasing White House for 2nd according to your predictions. We will see.

I have followed Station Camp Basketball from its' inception and I know the obstacles the basketball team has faced as well as the rest of the school. It is hard enough as a new school to play other established schools as it is and players not playing together only makes it tougher. I have relatives that go to school for the Bison and I attend some games. I had heard from some of the schoolmates that their was some dissension among the basketball players regarding Jenkins. OR could you really be Jeffery Terrell or his dad and yoy did not like the fact that you were taken out of the game because you were ineffective outside of one shot that you shot over your head and you were not even looking at the basket. It does not take a real man to get on here and down grade the program. So ARE YOU WHO WE THINK YOU ARE??? I would bet that if you are one of these two individuals then the rest of the Bison team would love to know about it. Talk about a team. If you are it would really show what is truly wrong at SCHS. It has been my experience that players win and lose games. I have never seen a coach trap, rebound, shoot, or guard on the court. They have to rely on players who have guts. Which is something you two are lacking in. By the way, If Jenkins was on my team, I would want him to shoot 600 times if he could and I would bust my rear to rebound for him IF he ever missed. As far as the GAllatin game, the kid had 26. I guess he needs benching because he did not get his 30. KEEP FIRING JOHN, the real Bison fans are behind you.

It seems to me like everyone expects Jenkins to score 30 every time out on the floor or he is not the PLAYER he should be. Its hard sometimes to score that many when you are being double teamed most nights. The Bison supporting cast need to step it up and stop being "jealous" of Jenkins' ability and enjoy him. He will only be around so long and ability like he has it not so spread around. Look at Portland since Brewer is gone. Any way, Good Luck Bison and Beat the Wave!!

Luna's substitution patterns make sense to you?? How much film have you been watching with him to know the answer to that statement. SC a one man show on offense? Great analysis considering Jenkins is one of the best players in the state and in the Nation and he is only a JUNIOR. I guess SC needs to keep the ball away from him and get everyone involved considering Jenkins is such a one person threat. The Bison play hard and they will pull together. It is funny how people say that Station Camp has hurt Gallatin when the truth of the matter is most of the kids that are enrolled at Station Camp come from the Hendersonville area. SCHS just happens to be barely inside the border to be called a Gallatin school. If any one has a gripe about the talent, it should be Hendersonville, but nobody hears them crying.

The Bison QB had over 1oo yrds passing in that game with HHS as well L.Moore had a good game at receiver. The Bison ground game did not produce a single back with a lot of yards al season because they spread the ball around to many players. The game was a great game for both schools to open the season with because of the interest between the teams. Hopefully it will happen every year.

Contrary to what most "experts" think about Station Camp, They are more than one or two players. Every year people have predicted them to finish low in the region and they have ended the year near the top. Bailey was having a great year and it is unfortunate that his injury happened. He has heart. The Bison will miss him but it will be time for someone else to pick up the slack. Bailey would have been the top back in the mid-state had he not suffered the injury but that is football.

It looks like Peral may be intimidated by white house. They have lost to white house each of the last two years in the regular season. Wait a minute, maybe Pearl can come onto the field 30 minutes prior to kickoff and cuss and "shoot" their middle-fingers at white house like they did at SCHS and try to scare Gaines. Those actions are exactly what will cost pearl not only in these playoffs but also as future games verses region opponents. I hope the "fried birds" lose.

In high school football in Tennessee, the tssaa does not recognized "ties" for the title. The 3 teams in 4-3A were tied by record but Station Camp IS THE REGION CHAMPION due to their season record and the fact they beat White House head-to-head.

Put it to region 6 titansbuck. As far as SC being over-rated, It is funny how they have beaten everyone on their schedule except for Pearl when they were predicted to be battling it out with Greenbrier and Sycamore for the fourth spot in the region. The last time I checked SC is the REGION CHAMPION.

Hey titansbuck, Congratulations from a former Patriots coach. I am sure school has been more excited this week. Keep pushing for your first Region title. We are trying to win our first also. Hopefully it will start with the "old" blue from your town.

Hey Panther Supporters, Your coaches are some of the haedest working guys around and they are good guys who care about their players. Go ahead and give them a hard time so they will look for employment at other area schools with more heart than some of your Panthers display and they will come back to haunt you.

As a "normal" fan of high school football and witnessing the last two games between SC and MC, I feel like MC can get it done at SC's Senior Night. The last real winning streak the Tigers went on started on SC's Senior Night. Good Luck Tigers!
