We`re so good that we paid off the refs and the clock dude and get this, he (clock dude) even arranged for Rex to make that 3 ball. Man can we buy a game or what. I said eariler that CPA was a really good team, and I stand behind that statement, but you fans don`t deserve the priviledge of cheering for a team like that and you sure as h$#& don`t know your BB. Thanks man. I hope you`re right, I don`t know if my ticker can handle another game like that. I want to say one more time that I think "Z" is a tremendous ballplayer along with the rest of the team. Seriously. Alot of times ppl say that for the comfort thing, but these guys were alot more than expected. They slowed the tempo just enough to get the mo when they needed it. (we won`t get into the other) CPA they did their part.

How can you be so freaking blind to see the last 15 seconds, but you couldn`t see the other 37:15 of the game. You can`t be serious. There were fans from other schools sitting around us that just simply couldn`t believe the calls and non calls being made against DC. No wonder they finally started tiring a little in the fourth, heck they walked all night with the ball and no calls. CPA player pushes Justin right in front of everyone, I mean everybody in the whole gym saw it, and they called a foul on Justin. It was like that all night long. You dudes need a reality check and take those freaking blinders off.

WELL, WELL, WELL. Just rolled back into town and not to my surprise, I am reading post from the blindest of the blind. BTW TnBball, you hit the nail on the head. DC played 15-20 pts better than CPA. I have seen games from here to there for 30+ years and that was the worst officiated game I have ever seen by a "I paid off the refs country mile". Actually, i don`t believe for a second CPA had anything to do with the officiating, it`s more of an internal thing. How can any true BB fan get on here and say CPA got ripped. TnBball is right. The game should have never been near as close as it was. The last 15 seconds should have never been an issue. You ask how DC deserves the win: WE HAD MORE POINTS DUDE. WE WON THE GAME. THATS HOW WE DESERVE IT. The refs did everything possible to give this game to CPA, but DC stood tall and came out a winner. The calls were so bad against DC, it takes alot away from the win. These so-called refs have no business ever calling another game. "Z" and his gang are really good players and he is the real deal, but it`s ashamed they had to be kept in the game by the refa and not their play on the floor.

True on Parr`s height, and I realize nothing makes up for that, but this dude has got speed out the wha.....hoo. A couple other strongs to watch out for tonight are Stephen Hurst and Thomas Cooper. The 2 deeps come off the bench and they never miss a beat. Same speed and energy.

DC has been practicing at UT Martin. I think what warmachine was talking about is when you`re on the floor at the Murphy Center, the layout seems a little funky. Breaking a backboard may sound inpressive, but it doesn`t get any more pts. on the scoreboard.

That kinda goes along with a point I made earlier. If they average around 60 pts per game and call that anything other than slowing it down, they may be in serious trouble. I assure you DC will not slow it down. Z may run for awhile but will quickly lose pace of the game. Ask big number 55 from BTW. WASL 100.1 and 101.7 out of Dyersburg will be broadcasting live. Don`t if it will be online or not.

I think DC`s "D" is quick enough to distract CPA`s half court game and make them speed up their passes and shots, therefore causing the turnovers.

Yea, kinda like GC wishes they could do with their two losses to DC by a total of 90 points.

I guarantee, DC will once again make a huge showing and consider we have to travel about as far as anyone in the state. Memphis teams simply do not follow their teams anywhere. Bet BTW didn`t have 100 fans in the gym against DC. Of course, they wouldn`t have had anywhere to sit anyway, Orange on both sides, top and bottom, 3 and 4 deep in the standing room section. Yea, count on DC to be there. You`ll think the VOLS are playing !!!!!!!!!

Exactly. Z`s size doesn`t mean as much mid way thru the 3rd and into the 4th if he slowing down. Speed, conditioning, and bench. IMO, BTW was quicker than DC, but conditioning and the 2 deeps coming off the bench had them wearing down by end of the first half. Rex Pierce is quite possibly the best sixth man (along with our fans) in the state. It was his play against BTW, that changed the momentum of the game. I will admit DC has come out a little slow against a couple teams with more size, but we`ve played alot of teams bigger this year. It`s all about the adjustments. btw, I`ll put up the DC followers (travelers) against any school in the state.

Hey, I`ve never seen them play. That`s just what I`ve heard. What I think won`t make or break anything. Why scrimmage before a tourney. That`s just asking for bad things to happen. If they`re not ready by now, might as well hang it up.

Yea I caught the UC saga the other night. Gotta like a man that speaks his peace. We know this team won`t be here forever, and that we won`t have 30 win, state championship type teams forever, but we are very proud of what we have and just enjoy having fun with it. We certainly don`t mean any harm. PPL really should lighten up on us a little, but whatever, if not, we can take it. The thing that gets me is when others want to bash us, it`s fine, but when we rebut, we`re the worst, most arrogant fans in the state. Naw.......JUST PROUD TO BE A CHOCTAW!!!!!!!!!!!! From what I hear CPA plays a much slower, low scoring game. That may work in some distict games or even a regional game, but when you get to state although it`s worked before, you`ve got to have the speed. Size does matter, but being smaller and lasting longer will win games. Get your mind out of the gutter.
